China Banking & Insurance Regulatory Commission Training Session Program Posted on September 16, 2019March 16, 2022 by Vibert, Taylorann On September 16-17, 2019, the UConn Law School and the Insurance Law Center presented a two-day training session on insurance regulation in the U.S. for a delegation from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. We conducted a similar training program in July 2018, which led the Commission to request this second session, and look forward to more to come. Our presenters included Dean Tim Fisher, numerous Insurance Law adjunct faculty, senior regulators from the Connecticut Department of Insurance, and attorneys from Morgan Lewis.
